Nikolay Kuzelev, Director General of VNIITFA

– Reduction of production costs is one of the key goals of consolidation projects

The Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom OJSC has decided to set up Separation-Sublimation Complex company. The new OJSC will be a 100% subsidiary of Atomenergoprom OJSC and will manage the separation enterprises of Russia’s nuclear industry (Angarsk Electrolytic Chemical Combine, Siberian Group of Chemical Enterprises, Ural Electrochemical Integrated Plant, Electrochemical Plant).

As part of Atomenergorpom, our company is extremely interested in the decision adopted by the Board of Directors of the holding. We make instruments and are interested in the establishment of Separation-Sublimation complex as such a company will help us to promote Russia’s advanced technologies. The enterprises that have been consolidated into this company have big experience and long-term projects in the field of instrument making. We have ideas that will certainly be put into practice due to the new company.

Atomenergoprom’s decision is aimed at consolidating all forces ensuring full technological process and we welcome this decision as only by joint effort and under joint control we will be able to attain desirable results and to enhance our competitiveness. I am sure that this decision will help us to succeed on the market.

Besides, this consolidation will help us to reduce our production costs. Reduction of production costs is one of the key goals of such consolidation projects.
