– Establishment of Separation-Sublimation Complex company is a logic and positive development of the national nuclear industry

The Board of Directors of Atomenergoprom OJSC has decided to set up Separation-Sublimation Complex company. The new OJSC will be a 100% subsidiary of Atomenergoprom OJSC and will manage the separation enterprises of Russia’s nuclear industry (Angarsk Electrolytic Chemical Combine, Siberian Group of Chemical Enterprises, Ural Electrochemical Integrated Plant, Electrochemical Plant).

The establishment of Separation-Sublimation Complex company is a logic and positive development of the national nuclear industry – it is part of the reformation of Russia’s nuclear sector. As a result of the reforms, the system of Rosatom has been divided into several companies and the formation of a company consolidating our uranium enrichment assets is a logical addition to this structure. I would like to say once again that the establishment of Separation-Sublimation Complex company is a logic step towards the development of the national nuclear industry.
