Russian TENEX company has concluded 3 contracts on enriched uranium supplies to USA. From the point of historical development it seems almost incredible. 20 or 30 years ago the nature of nuclear relationship between the US and Russia were very-very different.

Then they were far from cooperating. Peaceful relationship based on the trading in nuclear seemed almost incredible. Obviously it is a sign of Russia’s integration into commercial frame of world nuclear industry. It is not just a n ordinary deal, it means much more. Actually by this deal Russia demonstrates that its nuclear projects are going forward and its abilities deliver. I think it bring a lot more in terms of capacity to deliver projects which don’t exist in many other parts of the world.
