— Nuclear energy is going to be a key factor in the energy sector in the next 15 years

ATOMEXPO forum gives an impression that nuclear industry is now very well established, diversified, very multinational industry with real substance in which Russia is a key participant. It reinforces substance and importance of the nuclear sector. Here, at ATOMEXPO, you may see people from for example China, India, France, Germany and of course Russia. Now this is not a prospect or a plan, but a global reality. Nuclear energy is going to be a key factor in the energy sector in the next 15 years.

I think that Russian nuclear-related organizations already have excellent contacts with foreign organisations at the highest levels. The forum will play role in broadening these contacts but I think that the principals of the Russian nuclear industry are sophisticated international players for ready made relationships in ventures with companies at the highest level and will continue to do so. It is very helpful. Russia is already a long way along in forming international alliances.
