I welcome the decision of Atomenergoprom, a very big purchaser of goods and services, to start buying via tenders. Atomenergoprom is not the first: many big companies and government agencies did it earlier. But Atomenergoprom is just two years old and it was one of its first steps.

One more important achievement of Atomenergoprom is the growth of the capacity factor to 79.5%. This will give the company much profit. Only three thermal power plants of the OGK-4 (the most efficient wholesale generating company in Russia) have such a high capacity factor.
