— Indian nuclear market is interesting for foreign companies even because it is a huge emerging market and India will invest in future more in NPP.

India is besides China and some other states especially in Asia one of the economically emerging countries. It needs and will need in future more energy. On the one hand, it is important for India to develop more capacities for producing energy, NPPs are one possible way. On the other hand gas and oil are limited and the price will again increase, so, for India, nuclear power is a good choice. Furthermore India has and will have in future problems with the production of CO2. NPP can be helpful for producing less CO2.

Indian nuclear market is interesting for foreign companies even because it is a huge emerging market and India will invest in future more in NPP. This is one of the most growing markets for the future also in this sector.

Even after Nuclear Suppliers Group lifted ban on trade with India in nuclear sphere and possibility for many foreign companies to enter Indian nuclear market, India continues cooperation with Russia in nuclear sphere, because Russia and India have a long existing cooperation in this field. Especially in a sensitive field like nuclear power it is important to have reliable partners, a positive cooperation exists for a long time. Furthermore Russia has the know-how and relatively low prices.
