The key result of this year is that we have started setting specific goals. Any task can be solved only when it is set. Certainly, there is also a question of how to attain the goal. There are certain apprehensions that the stagnation of the sphere was so long that it is a question if it is possible to revive the industry within such a short time. Revival requires not only financing but new production and management culture. I would very much like our plans to come true. And this requires a professional approach.

As regards innovations, I believe that we should not invent something but should put into practice what has already been invented. If we focus on this, we will succeed.

Speaking about the prospects of 2007, I would like to note that the main thing today is to take practical steps — to implement the specified tasks. This year will show how realistic and good the plan is.
