— The adopted law brings the legal and administrative structure of the nuclear power industry into compliance with the general economic conditions in the Russian Federation

Director General of Rosatomstroy ICC Artyom Butov believes that the bill “On the Peculiarities of the Management and Disposition of the Property and Shares of Organizations Using Nuclear Energy and On Relevant Changes to Some Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” is good for the sector as it helps to overcome the investment barriers to its development. “This is a new form, which meets the modern market conditions, eliminates legislative barriers, regulates property issues and economic activities and brings the organizational, legal and administrative structure of the nuclear power industry into compliance with the general rules of the modern Russian economy,” says Butov.

Rosenergoatom is facing hard task of creating a strong construction complex for meeting the NPP construction goals of the Federal Target Program. Besides, the new law will help to solve the personnel problem and to provide construction sites with highly-qualified workers.
