— India is good partner for Russia

The construction of power units abroad obliges our industry and especially those companies which will supply necessary components, equipment and systems to raise their quality standards. This is very important for our energy sector now that it has intensive development plans. That’s why the continuation of our cooperation with India is a very positive news. I think that the Indians are good partners for us. The point is that India has highly-qualified specialists in both civil and military nuclear sectors and our cooperation will certainly benefit us if the terms of the contract will be beneficial for the country and Rosatom.

Nuclear power engineering is a very science-intensive sphere and requires lots of special equipment and systems. That’s why India will work with both Russia and the US. On the other hand, I would like to point out our victory at Belene (Bulgaria). That country is actively integrating into Europe and is strongly influenced by France. Nevertheless, they preferred us.
