— The commissioning of the 1st unit of Tianwan NPP is the victory of all the Russian companies involved in this project

The 1st unit of Tianwan NPP has been put into commercial service. Over 150 Russian companies and organizations were involved in this project. This is the victory of St.Petersburg Atomenergoprom, the general designer of the plant, Hydropress EDB, the designer of the reactor, Kurchatov Institute, the research supervisor of the project, as well as Izhora Plants, Power Machines and other companies that have supplied equipment for the project. I would like to congratulate the Chinese companies too – they did their work brilliantly. The installation work in the reactor building was carried out by CNI-23 (the sub-contractor of Atomstroyexport). A number of Chinese companies and research institutes are involved in the project: they produce electric and lighting equipment, control and measuring systems, lab equipment, low pressure pipes, shaped objects. The automated control system has been produced and installed by ASE’s German partner, Siemens.
