The $1bln recovery action of US Globe Nuclear Service and Supply against Russian Techsnabexport was a real “bite-on” against the Russian state and the decision of Stockholm Arbitration Court, one of the five best courts in the world, was very important. In fact, they have confirmed that we are right.

It should be noted that the verdict gives no assessment of the fraud by some Russian individuals. This is the competence of other institutions. The key point is that we have picked out a “thorn” in the Russian-US peaceful nuclear energy cooperation, including under HEU Agreement.
