– The confirmation of the rightness of our fuel exporter on such a high level will strengthen our positions among our foreign partners

I welcome the verdict by the Stockholm Court of Arbitration concerning GNSS vs Tenex case.

The HEU Agreement is talked of much in both Russia and the US. And this verdict is very important for the prospects of Russian nuclear programs abroad.

In fact, the verdict has put an end to a long controversy.

The confirmation of the rightness of a Russian fuel exporter on such a high level will strengthen our positions among our foreign partners, who followed the case with great attention.

I think that one should always fight for his legal interests, irrespective of the rank or title of his partner. In this particular case, our interests were represented by Tenex and the favorable verdict of the Stockholm court has proved that we are not afraid of protecting our legal positions, even in controversies with politically influential opponents.
