The program is very ambitious. It is a purely technological scheme focused on the construction of new capacities. But there are many other questions: how are we going to ensure the migration of the companies that are to build the plants? how are we going to interact with local authorities? and so on. In fact, we will have to find solutions on the way. So, we have a great deal of work to do.
The most important thing is that the Government has supported the program and is ready to finance it. And now we should concentrate all our capacities towards this goal.
I would also like to point out our foreign projects: this is a matter of image, a matter of reputation. That’s why the launch of the first two units of Tianwan NPP in China is a great achievement.
The establishment of an international uranium enrichment center in Angarsk is one more great achievement — a technological achievement: the approval of this project by the world community means that they acknowledge that we have necessary technologies.
