— Zubkov visited Elemash, first of all, because today is the Day of Nuclear Industry Worker

Elemash is a high-tech company producing fuel assemblies – a very complex and hard to make product for nuclear reactors. This plant supplies fuel to most of the Russian nuclear power plants and many NPPs abroad. It also produces special types of fuel for research reactors. That is, Elemash is one of the key companies of the sector. We have two such companies in Russia: Elemash and Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrate Plant.

I would like to note that recently Russia restored its positions on the Czech market and continues supplying fuel to Ukraine, Armenia, Finland and other countries.

While commenting on Elemash’s work, Zubkov pointed out that the key factor of success was the company’s effective personnel management: in the years of crisis the plant managed to retain the core of its personnel and, even more, to recruit lots of young specialists. It pays them worthy wages and offers a wide range of social benefits. Today, Elemash is one of the best companies in Russia.
