Nuclear industry is a very important sector for us. Today, we perfectly understand that nuclear power engineering is the most important direction of our energy sector. So, we even could set up a ministry. The bill on the establishment of state corporation for nuclear energy is a very progressive step. It is time to decide what should be owned by the state and what by commercial structures, what kind of companies we will have. I think that this bill is absolutely essential for country.

I am sure that the State Duma will adopt it by the end of this year. They should have adopted it “long ago” so I think they will allow no more delay.
