The main thing is that after the establishment of Rosatom state corporation the industry will no longer be divided – it will become a single organism – like it was in the Soviet times.

Such a powerful organization will be a better rival to foreign transnational giants.

I think that after establishing the corporation we should start organizing its management system and coordinating its inner structures so as to bring all of its links together into one chain. For this purpose we need people who know what must be done and can do it. Giants are good only if they are well managed.  

The corporation will be more efficient in solving the problems of the industry – from recruitment of personnel to organization of production. Personnel is not only scientists and engineers, it is also workers (fitters, welders, millers, crane operators). Second, we need to effectively organize our production. Sredmash (Ministry of Medium Machine Building of USSR) was a state inside a state. We had everything we needed: construction organizations, machine building complexes, research institutes. Now, we have to restore this system.
