— I foresee hard intellectual work on this bill

The concept of Rosatom state corporation was first submitted to our committee half a year ago. The bill is quite complex. We have worked on it for several months already and have already received some proposals.

Unfortunately, the commissioners have had little time to thoroughly examine the bill. In any case, most of them support the concept and we have decided to recommend it for consideration. After the first reading we will certainly make revisions. Even though the Government has given the bill a lot of consideration, I think that State Duma has quite hard work ahead.

We have some remarks but they do not concern the concept formulated by the President.
