I know Sergey Shmatko as a Rosatom man and the person who has managed one of the leading companies of our nuclear sector, Atomstroyexport CJSC. Now, he has been appointed to manage a body setting rules and passing decisions in the sphere. As the president of Atomstroyexport Shmatko has proved his high efficiency and professionalism. So, all the “trumps” are in his hand.

We know that already today the nuclear power industry is regarded as the future of the national energy sector. So, I think that it was a right decision to place the sector under the management of a person who knows how to effectively handle big projects. I think that very soon we all will see that this appointment was a far-fetched decision.
