Rosatom head has left for Sarov to coordinate fire extinguishing

Interfax reported that Rosatom head Sergey Kiriyenko has left for Sarov today. He will coordinate the fire extinguishing work of the Federal Nuclear Center.

The day before alignment of forces and extinguishing means were enhanced near Sarov town. A fire-fighting train arrived in Sarov. Aviation is on the alert. More than 2 thousand of persons are taking part in fire-fighting.

Press-service of Sarov administration declares that the situation of fires in the town in under control. At night the wind changed its direction several times, but they managed to hold the fire within the hot spots.
