The progress of the project implementation on commissioning of Zheleznogorsk TPP facilities and transfer of Zheleznogorsk city heat supply to a new thermal source was discussed during the business meeting of Krasnoyarsk Territory Government under the chairmanship of Acting First Deputy of Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor – Chairman of Krasnoyark Territory Government Edkham Akbulatov.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Krasnoyarsk Territory Government, Zheleznogorsk city Administration, Rosatom State Corporation, Integrated Mining and Chemical Plant FSUE, Gorteploenergoteplo ME, Yenisei GC OJSC (GC 13) and NIKIMT-Atomstroy OJSC. The meeting participants discussed the implementation plan on heat supplies for Zheleznogorsk city in the 2010–2011 heating season, according to which the top-priority objective was to implement the construction of a link between operating Krasnoyarsk TPP-4 and Zheleznogorsk TPP with gradual connection of ZhTPP lead-in power.
According to Head of Construction Department of NIKIMT-Atomstroy Andrey Yeshulov, the works on the link construction are being performed at full speed and will be implemented by September 15, 2010 – the beginning of Zheleznogorsk heating season.
In accordance with the results of the meeting there was signed a minutes containing a set of commissions which were to be implemented by all participants of Zheleznogorsk TPP construction in order to comply with a rather strict time schedule of the facility commissioning.
