Under decision of single shareholder of JSC «Concern Rosenergoatom» and according to order of the Concern No.499 dated 26.04.2010, branch of JSC «Concern Rosenergoatom» «Volgodonsk nuclear power plant» is renamed into branch «Branch of JSC „Concern Rosenergoatom“ „Rostov nuclear power plant“, on the basis of which since 19 April of 2010 this full official name of nuclear power plant and brief one – Rostov NPP, are used.
