Rosatom State Corporation has started implementation of the project “Meeting with the General Director”

Department of Communication of Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation has started implementation of the project “Meeting with the General Director”. The main point of the project is to establish another permanent feedback communication link between top management and average executives. Not only head of Rosatom Sergey Kirienko in the course of his visits to regions but heads of enterprises with several thousand of employees are supposed to meet target groups of the staff every month.

“Meeting with the General Director” is an hour long conversation of the enterprise head with those staff members with whom he does not communicate directly in the course of daily execution of his official duties. The conversation will not be captured on video but is not supposed to be confidential. The project implies and even encourages distribution of the conversation contents among other employees of the company.

The project was started in the course of a working trip of Rosatom general director to the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Instrument-Making Plant (Trekhgorny, Chelyabinsk region) where Sergey Kirienko met young professionals of the plant (20 employees aged below 35, work experience at the plant over three years, higher education). The main topics of the conversation were the enterprise prospects and the youth policy of the State Corporation. Sergey Kirienko told about the goals of reorganization having been implemented recently in the Russian nuclear power industry, about the State Corporation strategy and the role of the Instrument-Making Plant in this strategy.
